Things to consider and Know about prior to coming to your lash appointment.

• Come to your appointment makeup free
• Avoid Caffeine
• Avoid wearing contacts 
• Avoid chewing gum- mints are ok
• Come to your appointment with an idea of what you’d like to achieve 
• No recent eye surgeries (6 months or less)
• Eyes should be clear of any infections (conjunctivitis etc) 
• Please avoid appointments if you’re experiencing any skin flare ups
• Dress comfortably
• Avoid Alcohol 
• No recent cosmetic tattoos
• No recent Botox

Aftercare

You will receive an aftercare kit with every full set this includes: a 30ml cleanser ( this will last approximately one month more cleansers 100ml and 30ml are available to purchase in salon) , cleansing brush & Mascara wand.

• Cleanse Daily
• Avoid Mascara 
• Avoid extreme heats (saunas, opening hot car doors, ovens, lighting of cigarettes and covering the flame, camp fires)
• Avoid lash curlers
• Don't pick, rub or pull at your extensions
• Don’t sleep in your face

After Products

Lash Cleanser, The perfect gentle solution to rid your lashes of dirt, oil and makeup build up.

What it does?

Clean lashes are healthy lashes! This cleanser is gentle on extensions as it washes away everyday dirt, oil and makeup residue. Keeping your eyelash extensions clean is essential to maintaining healthy lashes and lids, and increasing the life of your extensions. The cleanser should not sting your eyes and even doubles as a facial cleanser. 

How to use? 

Apply a walnut-sized amount to your lashes and lids, using the lash cleanser brush (the brush is included with your bottle). Leave the solution to sit for a moment on your lashes, before using the brush to massage the foam gently around your lashes and lids. Gently rinse off using luke-warm water and pat dry. If using cotton pads, it is important that they are lint free. For best results, use LASH GAME foaming cleanser every day.

Benefits of using a Lash Cleanser Daily, your retention will be amazing lasting weeks between fills. Your lashes will be squeaky clean. You won’t run the risk of contracting Blepharitis or other eye infections from having debris built up in your lash line. 

Lash Growth Serum

What it is : A  nourishing serum that encourages growth and strengthens hair follicles for longer, thicker looking lashes.

What it does : A natural gentle alternative or complementary option to lash extensions, this serum strengthens and helps nourish and condition the hair follicles, promoting growth and fullness for visibly longer, thicker and more resilient lashes and helps with sparse patchy brows too!

How to use as a lash serum : Make sure the eye area is completely clean of any makeup or any other residue. 

Remove brush application and carefully wipe away any excess serum on the inside of the tube. Apply to the base of the upper eyelashes using the applicator brush. 

Start from the inner corner of the eye outwards, directly on the base of your eyelashes. 

Use this serum once daily in the evening before bedtime. 

Let this product absorb into skin before applying additional products. 

Do not apply to the lower eyelids or directly to lashes. 

If any direct contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly with cold water.

We do not recommend this product if you are pregnant, lactating or undergoing chemotherapy. 

Things to note before your lash lift appointment 

• No caffeine 2-3 hours before appointment.
• Do not put on mascara. Removing mascara can be very time-consuming and any residual makeup will prevent proper processing of the lifting solution.
• Do not wear eye makeup. Makeup close to the eye area must be removed prior to the application process. 
• Please arrive on time. All appointments are based on timing to allow proper processing time.

Aftercare: please note these aftercare details, there is very minimal care needed, however for the first 24-48hour need a little extra care

• Be gentle with your lashes; no rubbing.
• Do not get your lashes wet for the first 24 hrs.
• Do not use harsh products on your eyes/lashes.
• Use of Sauna/Steam is possible after 24hrs but may weaken the effect of the lift.
• No eye make up for 24 hours.
• Avoid waterproof mascara’s.
• Swimming should be avoided for at least 24hrs.
• No other facial beauty treatments for 24hrs.

WAX

• Avoid extreme heat such as hot baths or showers, saunas and steam rooms for at least 24 hours.
• Avoid swimming and sunbathing (including sunbeds or any exposure to UV Light) for at least 24 hours.
• Avoid exercise or anything that makes you sweat for at least 24 hours.
• Do not apply any perfumed products to the area for 24 hours.
• Wash your hands before scratching or touching the area.
• Avoid the use of make-up on the brow area for 24 hours.
• No self-tanning products to the area for 24 hours.

TINT 

•  Follow your stylists’ recommendations and avoid tweezing in between appointments to maintain your shape.
• Avoid using makeup and facial cleansers around the brow area for the following 24 hours.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, the use of sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms and swimming pools for 24 hours.
• Avoid exfoliating and using anti-ageing products around the brow area for at least two - three days prior to and post treatment.
•  Avoid using any self-tanning products on the face for around two-three days either side of the treatment.
• Avoid the temptation to over touch the brow area after a treatment. Touching with hands/fingers can lead to oils entering opening pores and clogging them.
• Remember your tinting results will be darker and more defined immediately after your treatment but will begin to fade depending on the frequency of cleansing.
•  Inform your stylist immediately should you experience any swelling, itchy rashes, bruising, skin grazing or cuts after your treatment so they can advise you on the correct procedure to follow. If you have any questions or concerns, be honest with your stylist

STAIN/DYE

• Avoid using makeup and facial cleansers around the brow area for the following 24 hours.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, the use of sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms, and swimming pools for 24 hours.
• Avoid exfoliating and using anti-aging products around the brow area for at least two to three days prior to and post-treatment.
• Avoid using any self-tanning products on the face for around two to three days on either side of the treatment.
• Avoid the temptation to over-touch the brow area after treatment. Touching with fingers can lead to oils entering open pores and clogging them.

To help maintain your brow lamination and to get the maximum longevity I highly recommend using Brow Gold Nourishing Growth Oil, it is jam packed with moisture and nourishment. It promotes thick and long hairs, it is gentle on the skin. The best thing about it you only need one drop brushes throughout your brows and the product will last you a month if used daily.

For those wanting to  keep brows a locked in place and affect Heist Brow Soap is the perfect product that will give you perfectly laminated brows between appointments. 

For best results, pair the Heist Brow Soap with the Rose Water Spray Both are available in salon soon.
